Fake a facial by hitting the sauna or steam room after your evening workout. The heat is a natural detox and will help you wake up with smoother, glowing skin. For an extra boost, follow your sweat session with a mild scrub and rich moisturizer before turning in.
Stroke & Coat
Shave some time off your morning routine by skipping conditioner. Instead, opt for a leave-in treatment before bed, which will make your hair much softer as it has more time to penetrate the strands.
Power Up Your Pillow
Fight wrinkles when you sleep by investing in a satiny pillowcase with copper-oxide fibers. The copper-oxide fibers release ions, which promote healing and growth enzymes.
