MIAMI, Fla. --
Alex Rodriguez has put his Miami home on the market.
According to the real estate listing, the baseball superstar is asking $14.8 million for the 8,310 square foot home he shared with now-estranged wife Cynthia, and their daughters, Ella and Natasha.
The two-story waterfront estate boasts six bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms and a three-car garage.
Cynthia Rodriguez filed for divorce from the Yankee slugger in July in the wake of a rumored relationship with Madonna, which Earle Lilly, one of Cynthia’s lawyers, called “an affair of the heart.” The former couple reportedly reached a settlement in September, but the divorce has yet to be finalized.
Madonna denied the affair reports, telling Access Hollywood in a statement at the time, “I am not romantically involved in any way with Alex Rodriguez. I have nothing to do with the state of his marriage or what spiritual path he may choose to study.”
Coincidentally, the Material Mom is newly single as well. A rep for the pop queen confirmed last week that Madonna, and her husband, film director, Guy Ritchie, are divorcing.
