Access Hollywood Live: Jackie Keller's One-Week Meal Plan For Under $50

On Tuesday, Jackie – who is the founding director of NutriFit – stopped by Access Hollywood Live to show how you can eat healthy like a star, without a star’s salary!

Here are some of Jackie’s recipes to eat for just $50 a week!

Breakfast Spinach Quesadillas
(Serves 2)

1 cup fresh or frozen spinach, washed and coarsely chopped
1 cup fat free egg substitute or 4 egg whites
2 tbsp. mild canned green chilies, or spicy fresh chilies, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp. onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp. NutriFit Lemon Garden Salt & Sugar Free Spice Blend
2 whole wheat tortillas (choose a brand that is lower in fat and sodium)
1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese

Turkey and Cheddar Burger
(Serves 2)

1/2 lb. lean ground turkey
1/4 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs (or 1 slice whole wheat bread, crumbled)
1/4 cup fat free egg substitute, or 1 egg white, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. NutriFit Calypso Salt & Sugar Free Spice Blend
2 oz. reduced fat Cheddar cheese

Fresh Fish Kabobs
(Serves 2)

1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lb. fresh fish, cut into cubes (like salmon, fresh albacore, yellowtail, or Mahi Mahi)
1 tbsp. NutriFit French Riviera Salt & Sugar Free Spice Blend
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 whole cherry tomatoes
8 (1”) pieces of red onion, bell peppers
