David Hasselhoff slid into the number 9 position, earning 16 Access Hollywood stories — including his caught-on-tape drunken antics, and his bitter child custody battle with ex-wife Pamela Bach.

Isaiah Washington snagged 18 stories in ’07 and took our number 8 spot. He made news for the use of an anti-gay slur, allegedly aimed at his former “Grey’s Anatomy” co-star T.R. Knight. Isaiah was eventually fired from the show.

Tom was however, “Trumped” – he and “The Donald” tied at the number 5 slot.

Number 4 was America’s favorite bachelor – George Clooney.

Broken bones were no biggie for Clooney. His motorcycle mishap in September with girlfriend Sarah Larson was just one of 22 stories we showed on Access Hollywood.
