Chad Allen To Appear On ‘Dexter’

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. -- Caption Chad Allen attends the 2010 Outfest Closing Night Gala at the John Anson Ford Amphitheatre on July 18, 2010, in Hollywood, Calif.Actor Chad Allen, best known as a series regular from CBS’ “Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman,” has signed on to play a small role in Season 5 of Showtime’s “Dexter,” Access Hollywood has learned.

Chad, who most recently starred in Here TV’s “Donald Strachey Mystery” series, and in the indie film, “Save Me,” will play a killer who is stalked by Dexter in at least one episode this coming season.

Chad recently executive produced the indie film “Spork,” which debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival and was the closing night selection at LA’s Outfest Film Festival.

Season 5 of “Dexter” premieres on Showtime on September 26.
