Actress Tara Reid Is Engaged

LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

The actress and boyfriend Michael Axtmann are engaged, a rep for the actress confirmed to Access Hollywood.
Michael asked Tara to wed Monday night at The Little Door restaurant in LA.
“Michael surprised Tara with a beautiful round brilliant cut ring,” her rep told Access. “Tara was so happy, and the other patrons clapped and yelled out, ‘Congratulations.’”
The 34-year-old actress began dating the Internet entrepreneur in 2009. The couple is planning an intimate wedding for close family and friends this summer.
The actress recently finished two movies, the thriller, “The Fields” and a comedy titled, “Last Call.”
