Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt’s Theater Date Night

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Caption Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt spotted backstage after the opening night performance of “God of Carnage” at Center Theatre Group’s Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles on April 13, 2011Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt took a night off from their lovable giant brood and stepped out for a night at the theater.

The big screen couple attended the opening night performance of the Center Theatre Group’s production of “God of Carnage,” which recently moved to Los Angeles following its successful Broadway run.

The production features original stars Jeff Daniels, Hope Davis, James Gandolfini and Marcia Gay Harden.

Angelina sported a chic white trench coach, while Brad looked dapper in a suit.

Earlier this month, Angelina visited Libyan refugees who fled to Tunisia in her role as a goodwill ambassador for the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees.

The superstar couple is expected to travel to the Cannes Film Festival next month, where Brad will promote his latest movie, “Tree of Life,” and Angelina will show off “Kung Fu Panda 2.”
