Own your kitchen and own your life. A lot of them don't know how to cook. I'm not feeling super comfortable. You start out wh basic stuffs. Cook with your family. Cook with your kids. The more you get it, the more you feel confident about itment the more you own it. I love it. I like your hair. It's a hawk. This is the perfect time for it. There's a big cold snap that is coming in. And it's freezing. The temperatures drop by 30 degrees. Talk about the stewed chickpeas. When I was a kid it was always a way for her to get me to eat the squash and the chickpeas. This is a great thing. It would be a side dish. It could be a lunch on its own. Give me a chickpea any out, any way, any time. And I'm a fan. So it's basically a little onions and tomatoes sauteed. We throw in some diced butternut squash and some chickpeas and let it stew together and that's how it rolls like that. It's quick to put together. From start to finish. 35 to 40 mants. You can make a lot of it. And stick it in your fridge. It's great today. It's better tomorrow. So the cauliflower steak. I always say my favorite flower is cauli-flower. and again we're looking at theal stuff here. So we have cross sections of cauliflower we just roasted and toss it with a little olive oil and salt and put it this the oven. I have porcini mushrooms that I sauteed. And on this one you can leave the bacon out. We have roasted cauliflower. We take this deliciousness. I love bacon. I know I shouldn't. It's my favorite food. We have huge earthy flavors happening. And then we top it with real deliciousness. A poached egg. That makes an elegant lunch dish on its own. What tr the health benefits of pomegranite? That's fantastic. Thank you. By the way -- is this edible? No. No. Is that great? Now a little pumpkin on the top. It's like pancakes. Right? And a little sweet but a little bright and acidic. You have really lovely flavors there. You know, the chicken breast that we all know. I'm a thigh girl from way back. Things you can find in the regular grocery store.
