Britney Spears’ ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib is being sent to jail for 45 days for leaving the scene of an accident.

Los Angeles District Attorney’s spokeswoman Jane Robison says Ghalib was taken into custody immediately after being sentenced Friday.

“Early Saturday morning, after consuming one drink, I willingly drove through a mandatory check point on my way home with complete confidence of passing,” the 24-year-old reality starlet told E! News. “However, the breathalyzer indicated that I was over the legal limit of blood alcohol content and was arrested onsite.

Mike Tyson allegedly hit a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport and was booked and released on suspicion of battery Wednesday, police said.

The paparazzo told police that the former heavyweight boxing champion struck him once, airport police spokesman Sgt. Jim Holcomb said. The photographer fell to the ground and was treated for a cut to his forehead at a hospital.

Accused Ryan Seacrest Stalker Pleads Not Guilty

A man arrested outside Ryan Seacrest’s workplace has pleaded not guilty to a felony stalking charge.

Chidi Benjamin Uzomah Jr. entered the plea Tuesday through an attorney. A court commissioner ordered Uzomah to stay 500 yards away from Seacrest if he is released from jail on $150,000 bail.
