LOS ANGELES, Calif. (October 31, 2007) — Former “Prison Break” actor Lane Garrison has been sentenced to three years and four months in prison for a drunken driving crash that killed a teenager last December.

The 27-year-old actor could have faced nearly seven years in prison.

Garrison was driving a 2001 Land Rover when he lost control and rammed a tree. The crash killed his passenger Vahagn Setian, who was a student at Beverly Hills High School. Two 15-year-old girls in the car survived.
