LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Couldn’t get your kids tickets to Hannah Montana’s concert? Don’t worry, the movie is better, Miley Cyrus tells Access Hollywood.

“I think the cool part is that it's better than front row seats because I reach out and you feel like you can touch my hand, or you see behind the scenes or you see the imperfect,” Cyrus told Access about “Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert” movie. “It is exclusive, it is really cool.”

The 3-D movie hits theatres on February 1 and it is already a big draw according to reports.

The concert film documents Miley’s recent U.S. tour and it covers the good and the head numbing – at least one scene in the film landed Miley with a bump in her noggin.

“I got kicked after I fell,” Miley explained. “One of the girls was doing a back bend and then they hit me. It was just like a really bad show. Not every show is perfect.”

Though she may have been a little dazed after the crash, Miley was glad to take to the stage again.

“It was scary to get back up and I still think about it every night,” she said. “It was probably about our tenth show or something and [now we’re on our] 57th and still every night I am like, ‘Oh my gosh!’ I get so scared to get back up, but I do it and I am like ‘Yes it is better then the first time!’”

But awesome comes at a price for the 15-year-old – Miley admits touring does have its downsides.

“It’s just being tired because also when you get up there your hearts raising so much and especially because the more you keep going, I mean your body gets really exhausted,” she explained. “I think it is just training your body enough to keep going and say, ‘OK! Ten more songs.’”

Another thing that helps Miley through [other than her own willpower]? – having her mom backstage!

“It is definitely helpful to have my mom [there] because she won't let me go back out on stage unless I have had enough water,” she said. “To help my blood sugar I have orange juice and just to make sure my body and my mind is ready to go out on stage.”
