LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Eva Mendes has checked into a rehab facility, according to a report on TMZ.com.

The “We Own The Night” star has reportedly checked into Cirque Lodge, the same facility that treated Lindsay Lohan recently, according to the Web site.

Mendes has reportedly been at the facility for several weeks.

"Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support. Out of respect for Eva's privacy, we do not wish to discuss further details," Mendes' rep told Access Hollywood.

Meanwhile, the actress will be featured in ads for Calvin Klein fragrances, it was announced today.

She recently posed nude for Peta's "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur," campaign.
