PARK CITY, Utah --

Eva Mendes has checked herself out of rehab, although it appears to be only temporary, Access Hollywood has learned.

"Eva is attending to some personal business in Los Angeles and intends to return to complete her treatment shortly,” her rep told Access.

Last week, the actress revealed she had been at the Cirque Lodge in Utah for several weeks.

"Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support. Out of respect for Eva's privacy, we do not wish to discuss further details," Mendes' rep told Access at the time.

The Cirque Lodge is the same facility Lindsay Lohan checked into back in August.
