Christina Aguilera Gets Creative With Son's Bris

LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Christina Aguilera confirmed reports that she had some outlandish decorations when her new baby Max Liron Bratman had his Bris ceremony, during an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."

A Bris is a Jewish ritual, traditionally held on the eighth day of a son's life, when he is circumcised. Aguilera said she and her husband, Jordan Bratman, did their best to make the occasion celebratory.

"We are not a very conservative couple and I definitely like to have fun with things and be festive and really go all out," she explained to host Ellen DeGeneres in an interview which airs on Wednesday.

So what did the couple do to mark the occasion which welcomed their son into the Jewish faith?

"Little Max, poor little guy, he was a trooper, and for decorations we put up penis balloons all over the place — blue and some white," Christina said. "It was really fun. It was really great."

A stunned Ellen was surprised balloons are made in the shape of phallic symbols.

"Do they make penis balloons?" Ellen asked.

"Of course they do," Christina laughed. "Balloon Lagoon has penis balloons. They were great. Big penis balloons."
