LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
The "Bourne" actor's rep confirmed the baby news to Access Hollywood Sunday, saying, "They're thrilled."
People was the first to report news of a new baby for Matt and Luciana.
The impending arrival will be the third child in the family.
Luciana gave birth to daughter Isabella in June 2006. Luciana also has a nine-year-old daughter, Alexia, from a previous marriage.
Damon's rep could not confirm how far along Luciana was or the sex of the baby.
