LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

While Dina and Ali Lohan are primed for their reality series debut on E! later this summer, Michael Lohan has his own new project in the works – although he says it’s not exactly what’s been reported.

Contrary to published reports, the Lohan patriarch is not shopping his own talk show, described as an all-male version of "The View," with Stephen Baldwin as a co-host.

"I am not in any way involved in a male version of ‘The View," Michael told Access Hollywood. "If Stephen Baldwin is, he can tell you himself."

However, Michael did confirm he had been working with Baldwin on another project called "The Christian Values Network, "which Michael said "gives back to churches and charities and will be the next Home Shopping Network online."

Meanwhile, Michael also dispelled rumors he was unhappy with his ex-wife’s upcoming reality show, tentatively titled "Living Lohan."

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, the show offers a look inside life as a member of the Lohan clan and focuses on single-mom Dina, daughter Ali and her sons including Cody. It is unclear if Lindsay will make an appearance on the show.

"I have never slammed Dina or her show with Ali. I support any positive message or program. Lindsay, Ali and my boys are gifted in their own ways. So if Dina wants to set the record straight, while building Ali's career, I fully support it," Michael added.
