LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
The Jonas Brothers are about to take the world by storm with their upcoming film, "Camp Rock."
In an unprecedented multi-platform rollout, The Jonas Brothers' new film will debut on Disney Channel on Demand on June 17. In the days that follow, the Disney darlings will show up on the Disney Channel, an audio simulcast on Radio Disney, a video simulcast on Sprint cell phones and MobiTV devices, the ABC network, the ABC Family channel, and finally the film will stream on Disney.com.
A week later on June 28, "Camp Rock" will debut a Rock-a-Long on Disney Channel, where fans can sing along with the Jonas Brothers to lyrics on the screen.
"Camp Rock" tells the story of a talented young singer (Demi Lovato) who wants to share her music with the world but lacks confidence. She meets a fellow frustrated young musician (Joe Jonas) at a camp for aspiring musicians, where they learn to express their individuality and musical passions.
No further details on what roles the Jonas Brothers will play in the movie were immediately available.
The "Camp Rock" DVD will be released on August 19, with a worldwide rollout of the movie in the months to follow.
