NEW YORK, NY --
The divorce battle between Michael and Dina Lohan is reheating.
Michael told OK! magazine he plans to reopen his divorce case with his now ex-wife, Dina, and possibly sue her, as well.
“The facts are Dina defrauded me and breached her divorce contract with me, just like she does to so many others,” Michael told OK!. “Take a look at her music deals and the money she owes her contractors at her house. Dina uses people, gets what she wants and then turns her back on them or claims the ideas were hers all along. She thinks the law doesn’t apply to her or her family since they always get away with things and use Lindsay’s name to do it.”
According to Michael’s statements to the NY Daily News’ Rush & Molloy, Dina has made it difficult for him to see their three children together.
“I gave her the family house, all the furniture and the $200,000 she owed me just so that I could see my kids and have a relationship with them,” he said. “But after I gave her everything she wanted, she made it hard as hell for me to see my children.”
Michael told OK! he plans to prove things in a legal setting.
“This time in court, everyone will see and hear the truth,” he said. “They will see what kind of a person and what values Dina has and instills! That’s ‘reality’ and one which Dina will have to live with!”
Michael stressed however that the reopening of the divorce case was unrelated to his superstar daughter, Lindsay.
“Lindsay has nothing to do with me opening my divorce case or any other suits that are being filed against Dina,” he said in a statement to Us Weekly.
In related news, Michael has claimed the upcoming E! reality show, “Living Lohan,” was his idea.
“It’s the exact same show I pitched,” he told the Daily News. “She even used my title.”
A rep for Dina was not immediately available for comment.
