Access Hollywood Live: Oded “Max” Brenner’s Valentine’s Day Breakfast Recipes

Oded “Max” Brenner, who has been called the real Willy Wonka, visits the set of Access Hollywood Live, to show Billy Bush and Kit Hoover some decadent breakfast ideas for Valentine’s Day.

Check out Max’s twist on a tasty and romantic pancake breakfast!

Lovers Red & White Mini Pancakes:

Add and mix into one cup of your choice pancake mix a quarter of a cup of your favorite additions:

White chocolate chips
Peanut butter
Chopped candied cherries
Crushed butter scotch candies

Follow the instructions as shown on the package.

Create mini pancakes (about a spoon size quantity for each pancake).

Cut strawberries or any other juicy fruit that you fancy (kiwi, mango, berries)
Drizzle on top warm white chocolate sauce.

For the sexy white chocolate sauce:

3 cups whole milk
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 vanilla pod
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt

Boil milk. Extinguish fire.
Mix in chocolate chips, cinnamon and sea salt.
Split the vanilla and mix in the beans.
Mix well until all chocolate melts and a smooth and creamy sauce is obtained.

Passionate White Chocolate Mocha:

Mix one cup of white chocolate cream with one cup of freshly brewed coffee.
Optional: add 1oz of Irish cream to each cup to turn it into aphrodisiac!

Serve on the most beautiful tray, with music you really love and eat the pancakes and mocha in bed only!
