Thursday, January 22, Oscar nomination day, in Park City, Utah — Stars at Sundance… Marisa Tomei and her boyfriend Logan Marshall Green looking happy walking in Park City after she was nominated for an Oscar for “The Wrestler”… Josh Brolin at the People Speak ASCAP Music Cafe performance being congratulated on his Oscar nomination for “Milk”…

And in NYC — Actors Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker looking very lovey-dovey as they arrived for the opening night of the Manhattan Theatre Club’s “The American Plan”… The couple attended the play to support the director, David Grindley, who is working with Broderick on another Broadway play…

And in Atlanta, GA – “The City” star Olivia Palermo wearing Armani Exchange to the W Atlanta Buckhead Hotel Grand Opening.

And in LA – “Gossip Girl” actress Kelly Rutherford talking about the divorce proceedings as she left court yesterday.

And in Paris –– Brad Pitt and Angelina signed autographs at the Paris Premiere of “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”… Angelina told reporters that her kids had no idea that her and Brad were nominated for Oscars.

Wednesday, January 21, in Washington, D.C. — Blair Underwood with his wife, kids and brother Frank taking family photos near the steps of the capitol building where President Obama’s swearing-in took place…

And in LA — Miley Cyrus, wearing a hat and pigtails riding bikes with her friend as fifteen paparazzi chased after her on foot, cameras flashing… Miley proceeded to laugh with her friend and ignore them.

And in Park City, Utah – “The Real Housewives of New York” cast member Bethenny Frankel in the airport heading back to NYC.

Tuesday, January 20, Inauguration Day, in Washington, D.C.— Diddy, Jay-Z and Beyonce all sitting together in the VIP section watching Obama’s swearing-in… While Steven Spielberg, his wife Kate Capshaw, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Chelsea Clinton and her boyfriend sat in the podium section watching the event…

Later, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Faith Hill, Shakira and Alicia Keys entertained the Obamas at the Neighborhood Inaugural ball… At the Western Ball, singer Marc Anthony and wife Jennifer Lopez performed a surprise duet and helped entertain about 11,500 guests, including film director Ron Howard and “Curb Your Enthusiasm” actress Cheryl Hines… Kid Rock, Kanye West and Fall Out boy performed at the Youth Inaugural ball… Rachel McAdams and Josh Lucas were seen snuggling at the Inaugural Purple ball… Susan Sarandon, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway were spotted at the Creative Coalition ball… And after all that inaugurating and ball-dancing, there was an exclusive after-party at the White House, where Oprah was among the tight list of guests.

Monday, January 19, Washington, D.C. – Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, John Cusack, Ben Affleck, Robert De Niro, Teri Hatcher, David Arquette, Larry David, Sarah Silverman and Sharon Stone all crammed into the packed Huffington Post Pre-Inaugural Ball party… Russell Simmons, L.L. Cool J. and T.I. hosted the Hip Hop Inaugural ball…

Sunday, January 18, in Washington, D.C. — Founder Norman Lear and Jessica Alba hosted a Declare Yourself party with musical performances by John Legend, Maroon 5 and Nuttin’ But Stringz… Samantha Ronson deejayed and Lindsay Lohan was there to show support… Also there, Jamie Foxx and Hayden Panetterie… Oprah Winfrey didn’t do press but hung out in the VIP room at the Washington Post Inaugural Ball… And Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Rosie Perez and Rosaria Dawson showed their support at the Latino Inaugural Ball…

Saturday, January 17, in Washington, D.C. — Jay-Z caused a commotion at the soft opening of the Carol’s Daughter at the Pentagon City Mall in Arlington, VA on January 17th. He was spotted hanging out with fans, signing autographs and celebrating along with Tatiana Ali and Lisa Price, creator and founder of Carol’s Daughter… Whitney Houston looked glowing at the BET Honors event… Also there: Star Jones and new boyfriend Herb Wilson acting lovey-dovey.

And in Park City, Utah — Emma Roberts fashioning French Connection’s Jack Check Coat to all of the see-and-be-seen festivities at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival… Emmy Rossum waited tables at the MySpace Cafe at the Sundance Lift, on behalf of the charity Global Green, for other Sundance celebrities like Michelle Trachtenberg, Zooey Deschanel, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Seth Green. All week, the cafe was the hotspot for Hollywood’s biggest stars, such as Uma Thurman, Kevin Spacey, Ashton Kutcher, Ben Affleck, Paris Hilton and Chris Rock during the 2009 Sundance Film Festival.

Friday, January 16, in Washington, D.C. — Oprah Winfrey with her best friend Gayle King checking into the best suite in the house at the Four Seasons before broadcasting her shows from the Kennedy Center…
