Access Star Sightings: July 23 – 29, 2010

Friday, July 23 in Las Vegas – Khloe Kardashian with husband Lamar Odom and her brother, Rob Kardashian, spending the entire afternoon poolside at Encore Beach Club and Society Café. . . .Meanwhile, the “Twilight” Wolfpack of Tinsel Korey, Julia Jones and Alex Meraz hosted at Tao Beach. Also there was the Miami Heat’s LeBron James partying with a group of 12 while Michelle Williams formerly of Destiny’s Child celebrated her 30th birthday in the next cabana over with another NBA star, Shawn Merriman. And at The Bank nightclub at Bellagio, Kevin Jonas arrived arm-and-arm with wife Danielle and with a group of friends and they all partied well into Saturday morning.

And in San Diego, Calif. – The stars were falling over themselves as Maxim magazine, Sony Pictures and Ubisoft threw a party for the new movie “The Other Guys” and the video game “Just Dance 2” sponsored by SKYY. ‘The Other Guys’ stars Mark Wahlberg, Will Ferrell and Eva Mendes held court while Liv Tyler, AnnaLynne McCord with Kellan Lutz, the cast of “Vampire Diaries,” Orlando Jones and many more partied on the rooftop of Hotel Solamar during Comic-Con weekend.

Saturday, July 24 in Newport Coast, Calif. – Mark Paul-Gosselaar and Breckin Meyer of TBS’s upcoming comedy “Franklin & Bash” practiced their golf game at Pelican Hill Resort.

And in San Diego – Comic-Con partying continued at the SyFy and Entertainment Weekly soiree. Kellan Lutz, Paul Wesley, Nina Dobrev, Anna Kendrick, Ian Somerhalder, Seth Green, Michael Cera and Danny DeVito were among the many stars dropping by SKYY’s VIP cabana.

And in Las Vegas – LeBron James continued the party weekend at Tao with friends including teammate Dwayne Wade while Michelle Williams also returned for a second day.

And in Bridgehampton, NY – In the Hamptons, Mariska Hargitay and George Stephanopoulos attended a benefit event in support of Children’s Museum of the East End (CMEE). Lyss Stern, founder of DivaLysscious Moms organized the event.

And in NYC – Kristin Chenoweth celebrated her 42nd birthday with a huge bash at Carnival. Guests included her “Promises Promises” co-star Sean Hayes, Lucy Liu and Janeane Garofalo. Kristin made sure her friends took pictures in the Kodak Picture Kiosk brought in personally for the event.

And in Lake Placid, NY – Ryan Sutter from the original “Bachelorette” competed in the Ironman Lake Placid triathlon. The 140.6 mile race was his second Ironman and the sixth of 10 events he will compete in this year as part of the 10.10.10 First Descents Challenge benefiting the non-profit organization that provides free outdoor adventure therapy for young adults with cancer. Wife Trista cheered him on.

Sunday, July 25 in Las Vegas – Matthew Perry at Surrender nightclub at Encore. Perry gambled with two friends while drinking water at Surrender’s outdoor gaming area… At LAVO, LeBron James with friends and Lamar Odom and Rob Kardashian capped off their party weekends.

And in LA – ‘Ethan’ from “Lost,” aka William Mapother, was seen running back and forth in the ArcLight Hollywood parking lot. Later, Jack Huston of “Twilight” fame was hanging in the ArcLight lobby after a screening of “Scott Pilgrim vs. The World.”

Monday, July 26 in Foothill Ranch, Calif. – Brittany Snow, Katherine McPhee and Aaron Paul joined Alexandra Cousteau and the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) at the Revo headquarters for a sneak peek of the first film from Cousteau’s 2010 Expedition Blue Planet Tour.

Tuesday, July 27 in LA – Jack Black sneaking into the premiere of “Scott Pilgrim vs. The World” at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre… “Dexter” himself, Michael C. Hall, avoided eye contact with patrons at the Starbucks on Franklin and Highland in Hollywood.

Wednesday, July 28 in LA – Brooke Shields dining at Katsuya Brentwood with her agent while Chelsea Handler ate a table nearby with three friends… Earlier in the day, Kelly Clarkson was seen at Katsuya Glendale with two friends. The group giggled when Clarkson’s “Since You’ve Been Gone” song was heard playing in the restaurant… Meanwhile, following a meal at XIV, Brody Jenner’s ex, Jayde Nicole, partied in lingerie while sporting a bandage on her chin at hotspot The Colony. She was joined by fellow playmate Amy Lynn Grover and Kevin Connolly was seen flirting.

Thursday, July 29 in LA – Mark Wahlberg surrounded by family and friends as he received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame… Apolo Anton Ohno eating with three others at Backyard Restaurant at W Los Angeles -Westwood… A very pregnant Ali Larter joined by pal Amy Smart at ARCADE boutique as owner Rochelle Gores Fredston held an event benefiting Communities in Schools… Finally, (a very busy this past week) Lamar Odom, Rob Kardashian and Scott Storch were out celebrating Raul Cruz’s birthday to the sounds of DJ Vice at hotspot Playhouse Hollywood.
