Actress Files Sexual Harassment Suit Against ‘Bones’ Star David Boreanaz, Actor’s Rep Calls Suit ‘Fabricated’

Actress Kristina Hagan, through her attorney Gloria Allred, has filed suit against “Bones” star David Boreanaz, claiming he sexually harassed her.

In the lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, and obtained by Access Hollywood, Hagan claims that the actor made unwanted sexual advances toward her, eventually causing her to “suffer emotional and psychological distress” as well as “wage losses” and “loss of benefits” as a result of several incidents involving the actor.

A rep for Boreanaz hit back at the allegations on Thursday, telling Access Hollywood in a statement, “The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd. There is no validity to this lawsuit.”

As for those allegations, Hagan claims that from her first day as an extra on the “Bones” set in 2009, Boreanaz pursued her, all the while suggesting he could help her out with her career.

Among her many claims – most of which are of a graphic nature – she alleged he sent her a picture message of his genetalia. She also claims in her suit that after meeting him for coffee, he drove her to a “park near Beachwood Canyon” and when they got there, he made unwanted sexual advances, and eventually masturbated in front of her.

Hagan alleged another incident occurred when Boreanaz came by her house, picked her up and made more unwanted sexual advances toward her.

“By this point in time it was apparent to Ms. Hagan that Mr. Boreanaz wanted to have sexual intercourse with her,” Hagan’s court filing continues. “She felt that she was in a no win situation and she desperately needed to obtain work but she was also determined that under no circumstances would she allow him to have sex with her. However, she also understood that she had to put up with a certain amount of his inappropriate sexual behavior in order to have any opportunity to obtain employment on ‘Bones.’”

Hagan is asking a court to award her damages of an unspecified amount, as well as a civil penalty of $25,000.
