Actress Mischa Barton was arrested in West Hollywood last night on suspicion of driving under the influence.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, deputies pulled over a vehicle, driven by Barton after they saw her car “straddling two lanes of traffic.” Barton also reportedly did not signal when making a turn.
Barton was then detained and authorities say during that period they determined she was an unlicensed driver. The LA Sheriff’s Department also said during their detention of the former “OC” star, Barton appeared to have driven while under the influence of alcohol.
She was arrested and booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s station without incident.
She is currently being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
UPDATE 11:35 AM PST — The Sherriff’s Department has confirmed to Access that Mischa was released on bail at 10:10 AM PST
