Alec Baldwin & Kim Basinger To Head Back To Court Over Custody

Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger are heading back to court.

A new minute order obtained by Access Hollywood reveals that Baldwin’s attorney has pushed for a hearing on Monday morning in Los Angeles Superior Court regarding the “30 Rock” star’s application regarding custody and visitation with daughter Ireland, 12.

Because this is a family court matter, the hearing will be closed and the record sealed.

Baldwin and Basinger separated in 2000, with the actress filing for divorce the following year. The custody case made headlines in April 2007 when a voicemail Baldwin left for Ireland calling her a “rude, thoughtless little pig” leaked, causing him to temporarily lose visitation rights.
