Ali Fedotowsky: Split With Roberto Martinez Was ‘100 Percent Mutual’

Former “Bachelorette” Ali Fedotowsky says her split with Roberto Martinez after their 18-month engagement was a decision they both came to together.

“The way we lived our lives on a daily basis was just really different,” Ali, who is now hosting “1st Look” on NBC, told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Wednesday’s Access Hollywood Live.

“We just found ourselves being unhappy at the end of the day and neither one of us wanted that for the long term,” she explained.

According to Ali, they both decided that it was time to part ways.

“It was 100 percent mutual, both of us,” she said. “When you try and you and try and it doesn’t work out, then it can be mutual, when you really have worked at it for a long time.”

The blond beauty explained that she commits herself completely to all of her romantic endeavors.

“All of my relationships actually, I will work so hard at them and make myself believe that it’s right when it’s not right,” she told Billy and Kit. “Every relationship that I’ve ever been in, I’ve stayed in until the very, very end.”

Adding, “We just didn’t work out.”
