Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt Talk Football At The Golden Globes

Angelina Jolie admitted she’s a bit of a bleeding heart when it comes to choosing her favorite football player.

“When I see somebody who, like, cries and waves to his mom or kids, then that suddenly becomes my favorite player,” Angelina told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush on the Golden Globes red carpet on Sunday. “I’m a girl, you know.”

Access had the New York Giants and Green Bay Packers game playing on the red carpet when Angelina and Brad hit Billy’s post, but the two were still feeling emotions over a Saturday night matchup.

“My [New Orleans] Saints lost yesterday, so I’m a little upset,” Brad said.

“It was a great game, though. They fought so well,” Angelina noted.

Brad admitted he was very moved by the game that saw the Saints lose to the San Francisco 49ers.

“The first half was one of the most painful. The second half was really strong,” he told Access.

It was parents’ night out as the Hollywood power couple attended the Globes, but they were still thinking of home and their six children.

“I think we usually say we’re gonna try to make it home early,” Angelina said when asked what they tell the babysitter. “And our kids just say, ‘Can we get in your bed?’ So, they’re invading our room right now. They know. They know to crawl in and take over.”
