Angelina Jolie’s upcoming “Maleficent” will include some of the story Disney fans know and love along with bringing a whole new twist to the classic villain.
In a new featurette for the Disney movie, the actress opens up about her wicked role.
“We’ve respected the classic, we’ve tried to bring you what you love about the story,” the 38-year-old said.

Adding, “We also hope to hope to bring a world that you’ve never seen before. It’s a very beautiful story, and I think it is very different from what people are going to expect.”
“Maleficent,” which also stars Elle Fanning as Princess Aurora, debuts in theaters on May 30, 2014.
