The family is said to be very concerned about Smith?s lawyer and partner Howard K. Stern taking physical custody of the child.

The baby did not travel with Anna to Florida, where she passed away Thursday afternoon. Dannielynn is reportedly in the care of the family of Bahamian Immigration minister Shane Gibson.
