Arsenio Hall: Mel Gibson ‘Can’t Come To The BET Awards!’

Arsenio Hall has some strong words for Mel Gibson and the racially-charged, leaked phone conversations said to be between him and his ex Oksana Grigorieva.

“Now he messed with Jewish people, he gone messed with women who have [fake] breasts, and he messed with black people, so he can’t come to the BET Awards!” Arsenio told Access Hollywood’s Shaun Robinson at the ESPY Awards in LA on Wednesday.

In multiple recordings made public on RadarOnline in the last few days, a voice said to be Gibson uses a number of insulting and derogatory terms, including racial and sexual epithets.

“At first I said, ‘Well, Mel had a bad night,’ he was drunk awhile back,” Arsenio explained. “You know, now sober at home on the phone, he’s out of his mind so I can’t forgive him no more.”

The TV personality also explained why he felt Gibson has a problem.

“We have so many acronyms for people and what we attribute their problems to, nobody goes for the old fashioned — A.H. Not Arsenio Hall, a******,” he said. “The old-fashioned acronym A.H. I mean, come on, the guy has proven to us time and time again that he’s out of his mind.

“And here’s how stupid he is, he don’t even take care of Mel because if you’re going through a divorce, the last thing you want to do is diss Jewish people because you’re going to need a good lawyer,” the comedian joked.
