Audrina Patridge’s Love Life Back On Now That Cameras Are Off

VH1 opted not to renew her self-titled reality show for a second season, but Audrina Patridge says the cancellation has been just what the doctor ordered for her love life.

“Filming a reality show really takes a toll on relationships because your mindset is to create good TV,” the 26–year-old told People. “It’s hard on relationships, so after the show, Corey [Bohan] and I really worked on what was going on with us. We spent time together.”

Audrina’s breakup with Corey, her on-again, off-again BMX rider beau, was fodder for her show’s finale, but the pair reportedly rekindled their romance in May. Since then, the former “The Hills” star has enjoyed a blissful break from life in front of the cameras.

“I took five to six months off to just relax,” the reality star, who was first introduced on “The Hills,” said. “With seven straight years of filming, I didn’t really get time to organize my house or do things for myself, so I just took some time off. I moved to the beach.”

Reenergized and with Corey by her side, Audrina is ready to get back to the spotlight.

“I’m back again, refreshed and not burnt out,” she told the mag. “I know I’ve been kind of laying low lately, but next year I’m really looking forward to working and getting back out there. I have some really great projects I’m working on.”
