Aunt Vie On Niece Pamela Anderson’s ‘Dancing’ Performance

Like many past and present contestants on “Dancing with the Stars,” Pamela Anderson is hitting the ballroom for a family member. In the blonde bombshell’s case, it’s her Aunt Vie up in Victoria, Canada, who gave Pamela’s first performance – a cha cha cha on Monday with professional partner Damian Whitewood the thumbs up.

“I think she did absolutely gorgeous and she really worked hard on this here dance,” Pamela’s Auntie Vie, 85, told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush for Access and “The Billy Bush Show” on Wednesday. “Her little feet were so swollen. She danced eight hours for three weeks — a day.”

Auntie Vie should know a little bit about Pamela’s dancing skills as she was a big toe-tapper in her day.

“I love ballroom dancing,” Vie told Billy. “I used to dance to Arthur Murray in Toronto… I sure loved ballroom dancing, but I can also jive. It doesn’t matter.”

As for Pamela’s costumes for “DWTS,” Aunt Vie has no qualms about what her beloved niece will wear.

“She may wear skimpy clothes, but if you have the figure, and you wanna dance like that, well, then let it be,” Aunt Vie said. “She’ll dress real nice.”
