‘Avengers’: Scarlet Witch & Quicksilver Talk ‘Ultron’

Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen will have logged plenty of work time together after co-starring in “Godzilla” and then appearing together again in “The Avengers: Age of Ultron.”

The actors chatted with Access Hollywood about transitioning from playing husband and wife in the monster movie, to then playing brother and sister in the “Avengers” sequel.

“It felt very right,” Elizabeth, who plays Scarlet Witch in the upcoming Marvel movie, told Access. “I’ve never worked with the same actor twice. I’m really enjoying that familiarity.”’

The actress explained that jumping into the star-studded franchise was a bit daunting.

“It’s a bit intimidating because we were still working at a specific speed and no one is slowing down for Aaron and I to create our characters,” she said.

Aaron, who plays Quicksilver in “Ultron,” echoed his co-star.

“I couldn’t think of anyone better to be working with again,” he said of Elizabeth.

So have the actors, who have already shot with Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye) in Italy, seen the movie’s villain, Ultron, who will be voiced by James Spader?

“I’ve seen artwork and stuff like that,” Aaron said with a smile. “[But,] I can’t tell you anything!”

Aaron is also tasked with portraying his Marvel character after his “Kick-Ass” co-star Evan Peters will appear as the same speedy hero in “X-Men: Days of Future Past.” Has he talked to Evan about double casting?

“[Evan] is a great guy and a good actor,” Aaron said. “[But] I think [our versions of Quicksilver] are very different.”

Adding, “I’m excited to see [the new ‘X-Men’]. I’ll see that for sure, [but] he didn’t give me any tips.”

“Godzilla” opens on May 16 and “Marvel’s The Avengers: Age of Ultron” is out in theaters on May 1, 2015.
