‘Bachelor Pad’s’ Vienna Girardi Excited But In ‘A Ton Of Pain’ After Nose Job

Former “Bachelor” winner Vienna Girardi underwent a rhinoplasty last week, and though the recuperation process is painful, the reality star is ecstatic over the results.

“I want my surgery to be looked at as positive reflection of how I feel,” the 25-year-old Tweeted on Wednesday. “ If it makes you feel better about yourself then DO IT. xoxo”

Plastic surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose — whose daughter is none other than former “Bachelor” contestant Erica Rose – performed the nose job, according to Us Weekly.

“It has only been a few days since my surgery and I’m in a ton of pain but the excitement of seeing my new nose soon is keeping me in good spirits,” she told the mag. ““I have my wonderful boyfriend Kasey Kahl here taking care of me and my girlfriend Erica Rose.”

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Vienna, whose engagement to former “Bachelor” Jake Pavelka was called off in June 2010, is currently dating former “Bachelorette” contestant Kasey “guard and protect your heart” Kahl.

Kasey also took to Twitter to show his support for his lady love.

“I think you are beautiful either way!! Im very proud of you and glad I was here to take care of you,” he Tweeted on Wednesday. “Love you cupcake :)”

Vienna and Kasey will be back in front of the cameras when “Bachelor Pad 2” premieres on August 8.
