They were once married, and if Billy Bob Thornton has his way, he’ll once again be united with Angelina Jolie – but this time he’s hoping for a big screen collaboration.
In a recent interview with TheBoot web site, Billy Bob brought up his actress ex, when asked which female star he wants to work with.
“Jessica Biel for one reason and Cate Blanchett for another. I’ve worked with Cate twice, and I’d say she’s probably the best actress out there,” Billy Bob said. “I’d like to do another movie with Angie too, one of these days.”
The former couple starred on the big screen together in the comedy “Pushing Tin,” in 1999. And although Angelina is happily in love with partner Brad Pitt and busy with the couple’s six children, Billy Bob revealed he still keeps in touch with the brunette beauty.
“We talk all the time,” he added. “She and I keep looking for something to do together; we just have to find the right thing.”
