Billy Bush & Kit Hoover’s Memorial Day Recipes:
Kit’s specialty: Red Neck Sausage Dip
– brown 1 package (normal size) of spicy sausage.
– add 1 block of cream cheese.
– add 1 can of rotel (drain can first)
– serve with tortilla chips
Kit’s drink: Beer in a can
Billy’s drink: Slim Bushy
– 1 generous ounce tequila
– 2 ounces organic limeade
– I fresh squeezed lime
– teaspoon agave syrup (optional)
Billy’s specialty: Shrimp Bushy
– jumbo shrimp
– marinate in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt , pepper
– add jalapeno slice
– wrap with prosciutto
– toothpick and grill
Aspara-Bushy
-brush asparagus with olive oil, dijon and mince garlic.
