Billy’s Blog: Talking With Demi (November 3, 2006)

(November 3, 2006) — I just interviewed Demi Moore. Wow. This woman blew me away.

She is not only flawless in her beauty, and blessed with the most alluring rasp in her voice, but she is convincing. I believe what she says because there is conviction and passion in what she says. Her eyes lit up and stared right at me as I ventured off the topic of the film and into this one-of-a-kind harmony she’s created with her current husband and ex.

Hollywood is riddled with failed marriages and bitter divorces. Too often these soap opera scenes get magnified by the media and projected onto people in all corners of the country. In only one case that I know of, hers, a failed marriage has given way to one that works, and a mutual respect between all parties overrides all else.

Demi was eloquent about Bruce, about Ashton, and believable about how THEY ALL work together. Sit on that this weekend and tune in Monday night. This is the first time she’s spoken about this to the best of my knowledge.

Also, after Demi and I had finished our honest exchange, Sharon Stone came into the room like a woman on a mission. Entourage in tow, heels loud on the floor. MY OH MY she looks so unbelievably gorgeous — I almost whimpered.

I tell my wife all the time: you’re too young. You haven’t peaked. A woman in her late to mid 40’s is just getting to her best…. when she’s seen enough to know what she doesn’t want and exudes a glow because she’s only selected what she does want.

In short, I may have been a tad over the line: Sharon asked me to give her a foot massage.

And well….

Goodbye journalistic credibility, hello perfectly manicured feet!

More action for you on Monday, that you will not get from another show.
