Brad Pitt Reveals He & Angelina’s Secret To Quiet Time: ‘It’s Called A Hotel’

With six kids running around the house, finding quiet time for mom and dad can be difficult – just ask Brad Pitt!

But no matter how hectic things get, Brad said he and longtime love Angelina Jolie always have a backup plan for a little alone time.

“We carve out mommy and daddy time,” Brad told Ellen DeGeneres in an interview scheduled to air on Thursday’s “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

“It’s called a hotel,” he laughed, likening his home to the movie “One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest.” “You’ve got to get out of this house. You’ve got to leave.”

Jokes aside, Ellen also pressed Brad on the topic of marriage – something both he and Angelina have addressed over the years.

“When people ask you and Angie if you’re getting married, you’ve said that…,” Ellen inquired before Brad interjected.

“I’ve said that we would not be getting married until everyone in this country had the right to get married,” Brad said, explaining once again the stance the couple has taken towards tying the knot.

“We live in this great country that is about freedom. It is defined by our freedom and equality and yet we allow this discrimination to go on every day and that’s not what we’re about. That’s not what makes us great. Until that is reversed, I just don’t get it,” the “Moneyball” star continued.

But is the superstar couple ready to back up their stance?

“So that means if next week, if it’s legal for everyone to get married that you would then be getting married the very next day,” Ellen suggested.

“It seems,” Brad smiled, adding that his brood was “putting on the heat” for mom and dad to say “I do.”

“I don’t know what the future holds,” he concluded.
