Bradley Cooper Still In Disbelief Over Second Oscar Nom

Stars gathered at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles on Monday for the annual Academy Awards Nominee Luncheon, and many of those in attendance were still overwhelmed with being on the shortlist to pick up an Oscar.

“To be able to be a part of this kind of thing two years in a row, I mean, I just keep waiting for her to take me away and say, ‘I’m sorry, Sir. What are you doing here?’” Bradley Cooper, a nominee for Best Supporting Actor for “American Hustle,” told reporters.

Lupita Nyong’o, who is nominated for the first time – for Best Supporting Actress for her part in “12 Years A Slave” – was also enjoying the moment.

“I didn’t expect anything. There’s no way that I could have dreamt any of this stuff up,” she told the press.

Matthew McConaughey, who is up for Best Actor for “Dallas Buyers Club,” was asked by one reporter what he will do if he wins on March 2.

“I’m gonna celebrate no matter what,” he said at the Academy Awards Nominee Luncheon press conference. “I’m already in celebration mode. I’m gonna enjoy this. this is my first time nominated and if I ever get nominated again, who knows? But there will never be another first time.”
