Chris O’Dowd is married!
The “Bridesmaids” star tied the knot with British television personality Dawn Porter last week.
The newlyweds announced the news on Twitter, with Chris posting a photo of the happy couple sporting one-piece full-body sweatsuits with the caption, “Just married!!!!”
Dawn, 33, described the couple’s nuptials as “a 3 day love fest.”
“Sure, I have an amazing husband, but I also have the most smashing pals imaginable,” she Tweeted. “It continues… #singsong”
Adding, “May the come down begin… *snorts nurofen*. Oooooo, just remembered I have a room full of presents. *Forgets headache*. I like being a wife.”
Chris, 32, proposed to Dawn on December 26, 2011, during the couple’s trip to British Isle, Guernsey (the area where Dawn grew up), she revealed on Twitter at the time.
“At Havelet Bay on boxing day. Very happy x,” she Tweeted to a fan who asked about the proposal location back in December. (Havelet Bay is a beach locale on Guernsey.)
