Britney Spears Ends ‘Circus’ Tour With Surprise From Lance Bass

After conquering North America with “The Circus Starring Britney Spears,” the pop star closed out seven months of performances with a surprise from Lance Bass on Sunday night in Las Vegas.

“My good friend Lance surprised me on stage last night for ‘Breathe On Me.’” Britney wrote in a blog post on Monday on her Web site. “It was soooo funny! Good to see you Lance!”

During Brit’s 90-minute pop extravaganza at Mandalay Bay, former *NSYNC star Lance Bass, who Britney supported when she was a teen, was brought on stage for a lap dance from the pop star.

According to People, the pop star only addressed the audience one time during the last show, saying, “Hey Vegas, how y’all feeling?”

During Saturday’s Vegas show, teen pop princess Miley Cyrus and Spice Girl Melanie Brown were in attendance.

Britney also made time for her sons Sean Preston, 3, Jayden James, 2, during her Vegas stop. She took her tots to Mirage’s Sugar Factory reportedly dropping thousands of dollars on candy.

“She spent about $3,000 and walked out of the store with 10 bags,” a source told People. “She got a bunch of candy and shirts for her kids and got a bunch of the couture lollipops to give to her backup dancers.”

The source also said the store sent an additional $2,500 in merchandise to her hotel room at the Mirage Villas.

Though Britney has finished the North American leg of her tour, the pop star will take “Circus” to Australia in November.
