Britney Spears was spotted on Saturday, driving around with her sons.
Last week a Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner revoked the pop singer’s visitation rights with her children, but according to People, Spears has regained those rights to her sons with Kevin Federline – Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Spears had an additional person in her white Mercedes convertible, according to People, who speculated it was a court-appointed monitor.
On Thursday night, Kevin’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told People that the singer was one step closer to visits with her boys.
“She has complied with the part of the order [causing the suspension],” Kaplan said. “I expect that visitation will be reinstated.”
Temporary physical custody of the former couple’s two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, was granted to Kevin Federline earlier this month.
Commissioner Scott Gordon previously ordered Spears to follow several of his directives to secure visitation with her children. One of the orders instructed Spears to not see her children without a parenting coach present. She was also ordered to submit to random drug testing.
