Bruce and Kris Jenner confirmed their separation on Tuesday, but they are not headed for divorce court.
“Kris is happy, I’m happy. Nobody is filing for divorce,” Bruce told People.
The pair announced on Tuesday, via a statement to E!, that they are living apart.

“We are living separately and we are much happier this way,” they told E! News.
“But we will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority,” their statement concluded.
Speaking to People, Bruce said there is no drama with regards to their relationship.
“Kris has her own place and I have my own place. There’s no animosity. Everything is good,” he told the mag.
Bruce also told the mag he has no time to date.
“We’re not going there. I have my family, I have my kids. All my time is filled,” he said.
