New mom Hilary Duff recently paid a visit to Access Hollywood Live and although her son Luca didn’t tag along, he was there in spirit.

Wearing your child’s initial is nothing new for celebrities but recently Duff took it one step further. Charlize Theron also is a fan of Dalla Nonna having been seen wearing a little gold letter “J” necklace in honor of son Jackson.
As moms, we love to keep our children close when they are not around. Every time I have interviewed Christina Applegate since her daughter was born, she is proudly sporting her gold “Sadie” necklace by Jane Basch. I first spotted the necklace on her, last summer, while promoting her NBC comedy “Up All Night.” I had just become a new mom myself and we instantly bonded over our shared experiences.
