Charlie Sheen Seeks More Visitation Time With Daughters

Now, after over a year of supervised child visitation, Charlie is putting his foot down, demanding more time with daughters Sam, 3, and Lola, 2.

According to reports, Charlie, who’s engaged to girlfriend Brooke Mueller has filed new papers requesting more visitation rights, but wants to amend Richards’ authority to choose which nannies accompany the children during their visits. A Sheen pal reportedly calls Denise’s nanny a “spy.” Richards vehemently denies the claim.

In the most startling new development, this morning, Access Hollywood saw an E-mail, allegedly sent from Denise this April, that she wanted a third child and wanted her estranged ex, Charlie, as the sperm donor.

Richards however has reportedly said of the matter, “I don’t want another child right now.”

Denise filed for divorce in March 2005, while 6-months pregnant with their second child, Lola. Richards cited “irreconcilable differences,” and got “sole custody” of both children.

Richards filed a 17-page document with the courts in 2006, taking the shocking details public, including Denise’s claim that Charlie told her he did not want their first child and asked her to get an abortion. Richards also claimed Sheen tried to “kill” her. A judge ordered Sheen to stay at least 300-feet from his ex.

“The person responsible for exposing our children to this inane and horrific document is, that’s on her,” Sheen told Access in a 2006 interview.

Charlie has denied all of Denise’s claims.
