Charlie Sheen To Ashton Kutcher On ‘Two And A Half Men’ Debut: ‘Make Us Proud!’

The two “Men” came face-to-face at the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday night.

Former “Two and a Half Men” star Charlie Sheen Tweeted two photos of himself backstage with his replacement, Ashton Kutcher, from the ceremony in Los Angeles.

“Giving the new kid a little advice..! With @aplusk backstage at the Emmy’s,” Charlie Tweeted, along with a link to a photo of the pair on his WhoSay account.

After their backstage powwow, Charlie continued the praise for Ashton, writing, “Seriously… @aplusk great talking to you! We’ll all be watching! Make us proud!!”

Earlier in the night, the new CBS star joked about the “…Men” controversy while on stage with co-star Jon Cryer.

“Hello, I’m that guy from ‘Pretty in Pink,’” Jon said while presenting the Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series award with Ashton.

“I am not Charlie Sheen… Jon, I want to tell you something. I do not think that you are a troll,” Ashton said, referencing Charlie’s infamous dig at Jon after he was fired from the hit sitcom.

Earlier in the ceremony Charlie gave Ashton props while presenting the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy award, telling Ashton, “From the bottom of my heart, I wish you nothing but the best for this upcoming season.”
