Child Protective Services Reportedly Visit Britney Spears’ Home

Britney Spears and her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, were reportedly recently visited by the LA County Department of Children and Family Services after a former security guard claimed the singer abused her children.

According to TMZ, the former security guard claimed Spears whipped one her sons with a belt. Radar Online reported that the alleged incident took place in March or April.

According to a TMZ source, the former security guard did not go public with his claim until a month after he was let go from his security duties for the singer – a claim that multiple sources close to Spears deny.

“The allegations made by [the former security guard] are absurd,” one source told TMZ, “[He] was never an employee of Britney. He was never an employee of the Spears family. He worked part-time for a security company.”

A Radar source close to the singer also shot down the abuse claim, saying, “There was absolutely no signs of abuse. The boys are happy well-adjusted toddlers that love their mama and Britney is fiercely protective of them. The investigation is 95 percent complete and no further action will be required. All that is essentially going to be done at this point is for the paperwork to be finished and then the case will be closed.”

TMZ also reported that officials have determined that the case had no merit.

A rep for Spears was not immediately available for comment when contacted by Access.
