Chris Brown is heading to rehab.
A rep for the star released a statement about Brown’s rehab plans on Tuesday night.
“Chris Brown has elected to enter a rehab facility,” the statement from Brown’s rep to Access Hollywood read. “His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point.”

Brown was arrested over the weekend and charged with felony assault, following an incident at a nightclub in Washington D.C., where the singer, 24, was involved in an altercation, authorities previously confirmed to the Associated Press.
On Monday, Brown was released from custody, and the felony assault charge was reduced to a misdemeanor.
