Chris Daughtry & Wife Welcome Fraternal Twins

Chris Daughtry and his wife, Deanna, welcomed newborn fraternal twins to their family on Wednesday, the rocker confirmed in a post on his official website.

Daughter Adalynn Rose arrived weighing 6 lbs, 5 oz., at 11:06 AM on Wednesday, while son Noah James shortly followed at 11:25 AM, weighing in at 5 lbs, 5 oz.

“Our family is overwhelmed with joy by these two precious gifts from God,” Chris said in a statement posted on his website. “The babies are both healthy and resting. Thanks to everyone for their love and prayers.”

The twins were conceived by gestational surrogacy, the former “American Idol” contender confirmed on his website.

The newborns will join their elder siblings Hannah and Griffin.
