Chris Hemsworth has gone full geek for
“Ghostbusters.”
On Wednesday, fans got their first look at the Aussie star
in character for the anticipated reboot, in which he traded his Thor hammer for
a pair of horn-rimmed glasses.
The 32-year-old is set to play Kevin, receptionist to the
all-female Ghostbusters team, which features established big-screen stars Melissa McCarthy and Kristen Wiig, and current “Saturday Night Live” players Kate McKinnon and Leslie
Jones in their first headlining film roles.

New images of all four heroines were also posted to the
“Ghostbusters” website alongside Chris’ photo, showcasing the gals in
civilian garb. Previous peeks have teased their ghost-busting gear, including
retro-looking uniforms, proton packs and a decked-out station wagon.
According to director Paul Feig, a live-action look at the
whole gang could be next.
