The funnyman is being sued over his new movie, a documentary which looks into the lengths members of the black community go to in order to change their hair, by a filmmaker who claims a film she made — and allegedly screened for the actor — is similar enough to Rock’s movie to be considered copyright infringement to the tune of at least $5 million.

Seinfeld To Salute Cosby With Top Humor Prize
The comedian who kept NBC viewers entertained on Thursday nights well after “The Cosby Show” was gone will salute Bill Cosby when he receives the nation’s top humor prize.
Jerry Seinfeld will honor Cosby on Oct. 26 with the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington.

Model Monika Zsibrita has sued Chris Rock, the latest development in a court battle between the two that has gone over for over a decade, according to the LA Times.
The suit was filed in August and has been unsealed by a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge at the request of Zsibrita, who reportedly wanted the case made public.
